Carlyn, will share cooking and entertaining tips, as well as teach us four famous dishes: Grapes Wrapped in Goat Cheese; Creamed Spinach; Chicaken Schnitzel and Strawberry Peped Creme Brulee. Recipes and samples or each dish will be provided.

August 15th we officially release The Berghoff Family Cookbook for sale to our valued customers.   On August 16th, 2007 Carlyn and Jan Berghoff will be in the restaurant signing books! This is  a special pre-release of the cookbook. The cookbook does not officially hit stores until September.
