Potato Pierogies

 Sauteed dumplings filled with mashed potatoes and served with sour cream and sweet potato salad

 Salmon and Rock Shrimp Cake

 Pan seared salmon and rock shrimp cakes with a caper dill beurre blanc over a garlic crostini

  

Entrée Choices:

  Sauerbraten

 Marinated roast sirloin of beef in a delicious homemade sweet and sour gravy, mélange of vegetables and whipped potatoes.

Whitefish 

Lake Superior Whitefish with a dill-caper butter sauce on roasted vegetable napoleon and pomme frites

Chicken Cordon Bleu Napoleon

Served with Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, a rich Marsala sauce, green pea polenta and grilled asparagus


Desserts Choices:

Apple Strudel

Warm, tart Granny Smith apples surrounded by a flaky, buttery strudel crust with caramel sauce and powdered sugar.

Black Forest Cake

Traditional chocolate cake layered with kirsch-scented whipped cream, sour cherries and garnished with chocolate shavings.
