Lake Superior Whitefish with a dill-caper butter sauce on roasted vegetable napoleon and pomme frites

Layered with herbed goat chesse and sauce puttanesca

Apple Strudel

Warm, tart Granny Smith apples surrounded by a flaky, buttery strudel crust with caramel sauce and powdered sugar.

Black Forest Cake

Traditional chocolate cake layered with kirsch-scented whipped cream, sour cherries and garnished with chocolate shavings.
