Appetizer

Applewood Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Grilled jumbo glazed with barbecue sauce, served with cheese grits and fried leeks

Mushroom and Goat Cheese Strudel

An assortment of wild mushrooms and goat cheese, rolled in a flaky strudel dough

Entrée

Wiener Schnitzel a la Holstein

Our signature breaded German veal cutlet with petite asparagus and pepper, topped with a fried egg, anchovies and capers. Served with Berghoff Chips.

Jager Schnitzel

Pork cutlet sautéed with mushrooms, bacon, and Jagermeister infused sauce. Flanked on either side with caramelized root vegetables

Dessert

Toffee Chocolate Square

Chocolate fudge cake layered with crumbled toffee, covered in creamy, dark chocolate ganache, with salty caramel sauce and toffee shards

White Chocolate Cheesecake

Rich cheesecake, set atop a buttery graham cracker crust, draped with white chocolate ganache and accented with fresh raspberry sauce
