Gluten-Free Pancakes in Bed

Makes 10 pancakes

These easy-to-make pancakes are a perfect way for children to say “Happy Mother’s Day”,  by serving their mother Breakfast in Bed.

Ingredients:

1 cup Bisquick® Gluten Free mix

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp vegetable oil (I prefer Grapeseed oil)

1 egg

1 cup of berries or bananas

2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Agave Nectar

 

Directions:

In medium size mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, oil, and egg.  Stir together until batter is smooth.  Heat a large skillet and spray with cooking spray.  Pour a little less then ¼ cup of batter onto the heated skillet.  Cook pancakes until they begin to form small bubbles.  Flip, top with blueberries or banana slices and cook until golden brown.

 

Sprinkle pancakes with powdered sugar and top with Agave Nectar.  Best served in bed, with love.
