Cucumber Lemonade

A refreshing Berghoff favorite that is sure to be a hit at any backyard barbeque or pool side picnic.

Makes 1 Gallon of Lemonade

Ingredients:

4 cucumbers, large

20 lemons

3 quarts of water

3 cups sugar, raw

1 pinch of salt

 

Directions:

In a food processor, purée cucumbers and strain the liquid into a large pitcher.  Add the juice of the lemons, water, sugar, and a pinch of salt. 

 

Stir well and serve over a full glass of ice, garnished with a cucumber or piece of mint.
