do any of the cookbooks have a recipe for the dinner rolls (dumbells?) I was in WI over the weekend and a friend had a cookbook. I am going to order,

I'm so glad you are going to order a cookbook, however neither of them have the recipe for dinner rolls. Depending on your cooking style or what you are looking for I am sure you will enjoy either book. The Berghoff Family Cookbook is full of traditional Berghoff dishes and history, whereas The Berghoff Cafe Cookbook is full of updated recipes for today's cook (what I like to call "tradition with a twist").
