Hi Joy,
I'm so glad the Bailey's Cheesecake caught your eye. It's one of my favorite St. Patrick's Day desserts and comes from my amazing Pasty Chef Chon Reynozo. It's very simple to make and can be adapted to fit any basic Cheesecake recipe. All you need to do is add 1/3 cup Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur to your filling.
Chon then decorated the top with swirls of green food coloring in honor of St. Patty's Day, but you could decorate it however you like. My favorite part of baking is that it allows your creativity to really shine through, so have fun!
