Danielle,

I always love hearing from other people with Celiac Disease, that have gone through the same struggles as my daughter Sarah.  My heart goes out to you and as a chef and great foodie, I completely understand your frustration.

While neither of my cookbooks have specific gluten-free recipes in them, I am always working on converting them to gluten-free ones in my home.  If you explore the recipe section of this website you will find a few that are gluten-free.  In the Restaurant we also have specific gluten-free items on our menu.  My latest favorite which is similar to the German classic Potato Pancake is Gluten-Free Caulfilower Pancake with Za'atar Aioli.  It is a recipe we came up with in our Test Kitchen last week.  Make sure to check back from time to time, as we are always working on adding new gluten-free options!

Cheers, Carlyn Berghoff
