It is great to hear from other gluten-free mothers and families. Our menus have a number of different gluten-free options on them. If you take a look, notice the ones with *s, this denotes gluten-free items.
Converting German classics to gluten-free can be somewhat of a struggle and is something that I am always working on. My latest favorite is something we came up with in our "test kitchen" a few weeks ago. Gluten-free Cauliflower Pancakes with Za'atar Aioli resembles the German staple Potato Pancakes and is quite delicious!
