I am glad the Berghoff is in business again. My question is: why are lamb shanks not on the menu as they once were? I loved the way your restaurant

Thanks so much for your kind words about the Berghoff and our menu. While we no longer serve lamb shanks, we do have a few other lamb dises. My personal favorite is the Free Range Lamb on our lunch menu.
In keeping with my theme, tradition with a twist, I try to take some of our traditional classic dishes and update them for today's cooks. In other words, I too love our classic lamb shanks, but today we offer a healthier option that reuses ingredients we already have in our kitchens. I encourage you to try some of our lamb dishes next time you are in, and I would love to hear what you think!
