Hi Greg,
I think you are referring to our Beef Rouladen, which has not been on the menu for a few years now. You are correct however that it is a great classic German dish. I have passed along your request to our head chef in hopes that it can be a special on our menu some time soon. Until then, I have also added the recipe for Beef Rouladen to our website, incase you wish to give it a try yourself. Hope that helps!
