I'm so glad to hear you liked the segment and it's always great to hear from fellow family members of people with Celiac's. My daughter can definitely agree with you on the difficulty of eating out with Celiac's Disease. That is part of the reason it is so important to have glute-free options on our menu! My latest Gluten-Free Cookbook is scheduled to be out in Fall of 2012 or winter of 2013. Stay tuned, as I am hopeful it will be perfect for families such as yours.
